This project addresses Zevia’s revenue plateau due to customer demographic saturation by developing the SMILE campaign—an integrated marketing initiative combining social media, influencer partnerships, a loyalty program, and email marketing. I led strategy development to diversify Zevia’s audience, strengthen brand loyalty, and elevate brand perception in a highly competitive market. This project highlights my skills in customer segmentation, digital campaign design, influencer vetting, loyalty program development, and performance metrics analysis. Through multi-channel execution and data-driven planning, the campaign positioned Zevia to regain momentum, expand its reach, and drive long-term revenue growth.
