This project analyzes how Uber, Starbucks, and Nordstrom leveraged strategic marketing at different stages of their brand life cycles—development, growth, and maturity. Through a detailed breakdown of each brand’s use of the 4 Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), stakeholder management, and promotional strategy, I evaluated the effectiveness of their marketing decisions in building brand perception and driving loyalty. This work demonstrates my ability to assess market positioning, design life cycle-specific strategies, and draw actionable insights from real-world business cases—skills directly transferable to brand management and strategic marketing roles.
